Who I am
I have spent my career working with underrepresented professionals, particularly women of color, who are navigating complex organizations, high-stakes conversations, and leadership transitions without a roadmap built for them.
My work is grounded in two things: practical frameworks that can be applied immediately, and the belief that preparation is the most underrated advantage you have.
